Why Should I Convert My Commissions to Cash?
You are in business as an Independent Contractor. Your earned but unsettled
commissions are your "receivables." And like other businesses, you need to
convert your receivables to cash to operate and promote your business today.

What Can I Use The Cash For?
Paying your office expenses, operating your business, promoting your business,
attending seminars, paying estimated taxes on time, or simply managing your
cash flow.
How Does It Work?
The day you ratify your contract, COMMISSION EXPRESS® will fax
you an easy to complete Application that steps you through the process. Most of
the documents we use are already in your file. We provide you with the others.
You then fax the documents to COMMISSION EXPRESS®
. Upon our review and approval, you can come to our offices and get your
commission advance or we can mail or wire the funds to you. It's just that
simple! And remember, we primarily underwrite the transaction. While we do consider the customer,
you do not need a flawless credit history.
How Soon Do I Get My Cash?
Usually within 2 days after we receive the completed documents (often
the same day).
What Does This Cost Me?
COMMISSION EXPRESS® will discount the commission based upon the
number of days to settlement. There is no up front cash required from you.
COMMISSION EXPRESS®
is paid its fee (discount) from the commission at settlement. Call the office
nearest you for their schedule of fees(discounts).
How Much Cash Do I Get?
You will receive your share of the total commission less the fee (discount) and
a 10% holdback which is returned to you upon settlement, if it occurs as
scheduled or within the grace period.
What If Settlement is Delayed?
Commission Express must be paid within 30 days of the Settlement Date specified in your application or you will incur additional discount fee.
What If Settlement Does Not Occur?
You will re-purchase the receivable by check or assign the proceeds from another receivable to Commission Express.
