Our Customers

Our customers are real estate companies and their agents and brokers acting in their capacity as small independent businesses under an Independent Contractor Agreement.

Employees of real estate companies are not our customers unless they are employees only in the sense that they are the chief employees of their own LLC or subchapter S corporation through which they operate their real estate businesses.

Our customers must affirm that it is their intention to use Commission Express services to manage their business cash flow and pay for business expenses that they deduct on a corporate tax return or through Schedule C of their individual tax return.

As small independent businesses, our customers have accounts receivable that are earned but unpaid commissions. As with any business, they have the right to sell their accounts receivable in order to better manage their cash flow. And as the real estate business becomes more competitive, real estate agents and brokers are realizing the importance of reliable and predictable cash flow to maintain their business momentum.
